     NORMI Store -- Improved shopping cart that allows invoice numbers, pre-populated order form, secure credit card processing, invoice tracking, and discounts for ACTIVE members.  More emphasis on products and services alliances that logo wear although logo wear will become a part of the store later in the year. ACCOMPLISHED

     New CMR Websites and NTP Listings w/websites for stand alone use or tied to the NORMI website. ACCOMPLISHED

     New CMR brochures, BioShield flyers, Luminometers, and other products will be available within the next two weeks.  ACCOMPLISHED

Financial Matters

     Monthly Recurring Billing Options -- We added eCheck and now will add MRB for member dues and websites. ACCOMPLISHED

     Finance Programs for larger bulk purchases, business packages, and CMR/CIEA Classes.  UNDER CONSIDERATION

Educational Services

     CE Training -- Schedules will be posted for six weeks advance notice, teleconference calls will be used, and CEs continued to be archived in specific sections for easy search.  ACCOMPLISHED

     NTP Trainings -- Certified BioShield Applicator program as a part of the Certificate of Santization program and future Remediation Warranties will be emphasized and follow each CMI and CMR class in 2006.  ACCOMPLISHED

     Ongoing CE Opportunities during the week will become available -- Alan Burdick with Indusco will begin THIS WEEK on Wednesday at 1pmEastern in "theboardroom" for Q&A on BioShield applications and Nathan Whittlesey will provide CMR support in a similar format outside of the regularly scheduled Monday night Training.  Marketing, technical training and other classes will be held during the week and archived.  ACCOMPLISHED

     NEW CMR Reciprocity Program -- will be announced this week where you will earn $75 for bringing CMRs, who have already, been trained into the NORMI organization.  ACCOMPLISHED

     Legislatively we are working with a House Representative on a Generic Mold Licensing Legislation that we intend to put into the hands of every Governor by year-end.  This will dramatically impact the licensing legislation or proposed legislation planned for 2006.ACCOMPLISHED

     Members Co-op Advertising Programs will become a vital part of YOUR business in 2006.  By partnering with other NORMI members in your area you will be able to pool your resources when the time is right to promote your business.  The Disaster Kit program will put us in the right place at the right time ANYWHERE in the U.S.  ACCOMPLISHED
