SALES/MARKETING (NORMI/NORMIPro Mgmt)
GOAL—Utilize NORMIPro Mgmt. to create a professional presence in otherwise inaccessible industries in an effort to promote NORMI members locally. Where possible, work should be completed through the ACTIVE NORMI members.
GOAL—Expand the C.A.P. (Community Awareness Program) training program to include more members and develop other ways to use this model to the benefit of each individual NORMI member. This would include the completion of the A.I.A. program and long Realtor's program. This has been successful for those who have used it but more members need to learn how to utilize this opportunity to become the "go-to" professional in their geographical area.
GOAL—Find best ways to brand NORMIPro Environmental TASC Force (www.NORMIProETF.com) and encourage member participation. Chapter Presidents could be offered compensation for their efforts to grow local chapters.
GOAL—Develop more ways to promote www.NORMI.org website through blog, social network marketing, and utilizing the www.SURVEYS.NORMI.org website. Complete a "Hurricane Preparedness" video and incorporate more Rapp videos at each website where it makes sense to do so.
GOAL—Aggressively pursue credibility opportunities with States of Florida, Arkansas, and Maryland, in particular, to get NORMI certifications accepted for grandfathering and standard licensure.
GOAL—Research and develop cooperative advertising opportunities for NORMI members that will prove to provide an ongoing stream of qualified leads for the areas in which members are trained. Encourage Service Magic to require training for purchasing IAQ tasks and develop a new category for Mold Assessment versus mold inspection to meet state licensing requirements.
GOAL—Re-design corporate websites, as needed, to promote search engine optimization and increase exposure as objectively evaluated by "number of page views" and "number of hits".
MEMBER SUPPORT (NORMI/BTS)
GOAL—Rerun archives from CE Training to expand exposure and offer CE Training for specific subjects on another night of the week, possibly run by other trainers, strategic partners and administrative personnel.
GOAL—Expand strategic partnerships but only as it makes sense and adds real value to the NORMI membership. This could include increased benefits for NORMI members.
GOAL—Refocus training and support utilizing more traditional means including, but not limited to, telephone conferencing, text messaging, and direct mail. This should include a social aspect that would provide opportunities for NORMI to recognize personal accomplishments, birthdays, and even tragedies as they affect the membership.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES (BLS)
GOAL—Develop more Do-It-Yourself (DIY) programs in the areas of mold investigation and IAQ assessment for the public that could be supported by the NORMI membership.
GOAL—Re-evaluate the value and usefulness of shopping cart options for Gold Members in lieu of the affiliate program and in that, develop relationships with value-added partners who may be able to help NORMI expand it's product offerings to the public through member sites.
GOAL—Develop a "Pet Screening Kit" for retail customers and veternarians that would serve as a lead-sourching tool for home evaluations either through the ETF or PSP--IAQ or both.
GOAL—Work with Dr. Rapp to develop a DIY health evaluation product that could be offered by members of the ETF for clients who want some type of health screening analysis apart from or a part of the home assessment process.
FINANCIAL MATTERS (NORMI/ENV/BTS/BLS)
GOAL—When it is sensible to do so, bundle classes at a savings to the member and offer discounts to BTS Subscriptions just as we do for Silver and Gold members.
GOAL--The need for affordable alternatives to onsite classes will allow NORMI/BTS to offer finance options for larger classes. This could also encourage financing from BLS for equipment packages where financing makes sense to do so.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (BTS)
GOAL—Do more technology training and provide such training outside of the regularly scheduled CE Training. These trainings would be more “consulting” and support oriented to deal with specific issues faced by NORMI Members in the field.
GOAL—Establish CEU class offerings to meet the Texas Mold Licensing Law, Florida Mold Legislation, and expand organizational affiliations to offer CEUs for other organizations.
GOAL—Offer an additional opportunity, another night of the week, to do specific support training for ACAC certifications utilizing the NORMI Talking Studio. This could include offering online CEUs for activTek or other organizations that desire easier, more afforadable CEUs.
