PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

Microbloc® CSS-21 is an abrasion and water resistant, clear coating that offers the protection of Micropuncture™ Technology by incorporating EPA registered antimicrobials to protect the coating surface from staining, deterioration and odors caused by bacteria, fungus (mold & mildew) and algae.*  Micropuncture™ Technology helps keep the coated surfaces cleaner, fresher and looking more beautiful than ever before. Since Micropuncture™ Technology is built into the molecular structure of the coating, it won’t wash off or wear away.  This protection lasts the useful life of the coating film.  Microbloc® CSS-21 is a unique technology that is formaldehyde free, safe and easy to apply.

APPLICATION

Apply to clean dry surfaces only!  Applying product to wet or dirty surfaces will dilute the product, inhibit adhesion and reduce its effectiveness.  Remove all dirt and debris prior to application.  If mold and mildew stains are present, clean thoroughly with Microbloc® Surface Preparation Products and allow surface to dry prior to applying the coating.

Roller

No reduction necessary.  Use a ¼” – ¾” nap synthetic roller cover

Brush

No reduction necessary. Use nylon/polyester brush.

Drying Time @ 77°F, 50% RH: Temperature and humidity dependant

Touch: 1 hour            Recoat: 4 hours

Microbloc® CSS-21 water-based formulation offers uniform dispensability and is compatible with a wide variety of materials.
