PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Microbloc ® FSP-21 is a dilutable, water-resistant coating used to protect interior surfaces with a thin semi-transparent, semi-permeable protective layer. This coating contains product which are registered with EPA as mildewcides, algaecides, and antimicrobials*. A pigment can be added to give a visual marker for even application.

*Contains an antimicrobial registered with the EPA for this use and meets the guidelines under the “treated article exemption” 40 CFR 152.25.
APPLICATION
Apply to clean dry surfaces only! Remove all dirt and debris prior to application. If stains are present, clean thoroughly with Microbloc® DC or Microbloc® MMR and allow surface to dry prior to applying the coating. Applying product to wet or dirty surfaces will dilute the product, inhibit adhesion and reduce its effectiveness.

COMPOSITION
Microbloc® FSP-21 is a clear latex coating with quaternary ammonium compounds and preservatives. It is a concentrated product design to be cut with water for economic application.
COMPATIBILITY
Microbloc® FSP-21’s water-based formulation offers uniform dispensability and is compatible with a wide variety of materials.

PACKAGING
Microbloc® FSP-21 is packaged in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes. Thoroughly rinse containers before disposal. |
