Retail Warranties
Strong Arm™ continues to partner with regional and national mortgage, real-estate and service companies. Once the Strong Arm customers have purchased the Strong Arm Warranty, they are assigned a certified technician in their area to both apply Microbloc® Surface Protection Products and to provide an annual Certificate of Inspection™ on the structure. The distributor derives income from Microbloc® product flow as well as ongoing training.
Commercial Warranties
Strong Arm™ Distributors market and organize training to local, regional and national certified technicians. The distributor derives income from Microbloc® product flow as well as ongoing training.

Our warranty is fully insured for the protection of both builders and property owners. Our warranty helps builders differentiate and sell properties more quickly while providing the new property owners with an annual Certificate of Inspection™ to help them resell more quickly, without the need for additional mold inspections or potential costly remediation work.
The Strong Arm™ Warranty is strengthened and upheld by NORMI training and protocols as well as Microbloc® Surface Preparation & Protections Products.

NORMI™ focuses on dynamic protocols that address the growing concerns of microbial growth on construction materials, training and certifying professionals to ensure complete quality control.
* Microbloc® Products
Microbloc® Products are formulated to prepare and protect surfaces from the damaging effects of microbial growth. The efficacy of the products has been verified by third party laboratories like Enviroscreening, LLC.
PROTOCOLS THAT WORK!
Prescreening
A thorough property survey will evaluate the extent of the contamination, if any, to determine if this protocol can be used.
If mold growth on the substrates is present, either the Light or Heavy Mold Contamination NORMI™ Certificate of Sanitization Protocol would be an alternative.
Surface Preparation
Preparing the surface is an important step toward assuring the NORMI Approved Protectant will bond properly to the substrate providing a solid basis for the ongoing Limited Lifetime Warranty.
This step is the foundation step of the process and can be accomplished with a choice of products depending on the current condition of the substrate. NORMI™ training will guide you to the correct Microbloc® product and its proper application.
Surface Protection
Once the surface has been properly prepared, the NORMI Approved Protectant is applied reducing builder’s liability and providing the property owner with the the ongoing Strong Arm™ Limited Lifetime Warranty.
A color pigment may be added to the clear protectant, where possible, or a colored encapsulate could be chosen to substantiate coverage and NORMI™ training will guide you to the correct Microbloc® product and its proper application.
Verification
The Strong Arm™ Application/Verification document is an important step to verify that the proper protocol was followed and that product tracking numbers have been collected.
A copy of this document is supplied to Strong Arm, LLC so that the warranty can be recorded and a permanent historical record is created for future servicing of the account.
Transfer Option
The Strong Arm™ Transfer Document provides the builder with a window of opportunity to transfer the Strong Arm™ Warranty to a future purchaser of the property with all the benefits, services, rights and privileges of the warranty.
A small fee is attached to the paperwork so the transfer will update the database record for the project. The builder’s liability is then completely released.

For maximum quality control, Strong Arm protocol requires a simple, two-step Surface Preparation and Surface Protection process. Microbloc® Products are formulated to prepare and protect surfaces from the damaging effects of microbial growth. The efficacy of the products has been verified by third party laboratories like Enviroscreening, LLC.
