NATHAN'S THIRTEEN THINGS (Protocols)...

1. Clean and remove all contents from work area.
 
2. Contain area with 6 mil. fire retardant polyethylene sheeting.
 
3. Establish Negative Air Pressure using HEPA Air Filtration Devices  (AFD).
 
4. Recommended 4-6 Air Changes per Hour (ACH)
 
5. Maintain pressure differential of .02" of water column
 
6. Remove material (wall covering, flooring, cabinets, etc.) where visible 
mold is present.
 
7. If additional mold is found, continue removal to 24" beyond visible 
growth.
 
8. Remove mold from surface of structure by sanding, planing, wire  brushing,
or blasting.
 
9. HEPA Vacuum all surfaces in containment, horizontal and vertical.
 
10. Apply anti-microbial solution by wet wiping all surfaces, horizontal  and
vertical.
 
11. Evaluate areas outside of containment - may need to be cleaned to 
capture any fugitive spores.
 
12. Possible ozone blasting.
 
13. Run Air Scrubbers until 24 hours before clearance testing - approx. 1 
day.
