Microbloc DC151 - Microbloc Deodorizing Cleaner is a one step disinfectant, cleaner and deodorizer that is
effective against many microbes. Unlike common disinfecting products such as bleach, ammonia and
hydrogen peroxide that cause discolored, dry and brittle surfaces over time, DC is a stable product that is safe
on all surfaces, will not discolor finishes [i.e. waxes, stains, paints], are virtually odorless, won't burn skin,
decrease liability concerns and increase productivity and profit.

    Microbloc MMR191 - Microbloc Mold and Mildew Remover is an enzymatic product specifically formulated to
remove fungi, algae, bacteria, yeast, viruses and protozoa from both porus and non-porous substrates.
Unlike caustic/acidic cleaners, bleach, ammonia and hydrogen peroxide that cause discolored, dry and brittle
surfaces over time, MMR is more effective in removing stains and odors by destroying the microbial cell wall
without being harmful. MMR penetrates to the root of microbial growth, safely removes the contamination
and prepares the surface for protection with either DSP or MSE.

Microbloc OSR11 - Microbloc Organic Stain Remover is very effective in removing the staining that
sometimes results from mold growth.  This product will become the product of choice when the
customer is concerned about removing stains.

Microbloc Water-Based Products - DSP contains durable Micropuncture Technology [nanotechnology that polymerizes/bonds to surface] and creates a clear breathable barrier on both porous and non-porous surfaces
that protects from the staining, discoloration, deterioration and odors that are typically associated with fungi,
algae, bacteria, yeast, viruses, and protozoa. Unlike conventional heavy metal, triclosan and methanol-based
protectants, DSP will not create microbial resistance, leach or create toxicity concerns.

Microbloc Polymers/Encapsulates - MSE, FSP, and MSP cover and encapsulate staining from mold, water and
sap while sealing out moisture and protecting surfaces with durable Micropuncture Technology. Unlike
conventional single-function products that only seal or only protect, these products encapsulate, seal and

Limited Lifetime Warranty

    Paradigm Labs warrants all products are effective when used properly in inhibiting staining, discoloration and odors that are commonly associated with mold, mildew and bacteria on the coating surface during the life of the warranty period. The warranty shall be limited to the effective life of the DSP or MSE coating. Microbloc DSP and MSE products are not an alternative to good housekeeping and maintenance practices.  This is the standard Product Liability warranty but the STRONG ARM Warranty takes what you are able to offer your customer to a completely different level.
