HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
1) Take a NORMI Class - The best way to become a part of NORMI is to take a class. NORMI provides solution-based training in a variety of fields including indoor air quality and mold
contamination with class schedules and fees available for review at www.BestTrainingSchool.com Once you have taken an ONLINE, ONSITE,
or OFFSITE class and become a NORMI member, you are assigned a NORMI ID number and given the opportunity to take advantage of all the ACTIVE Member benefits available for your review.
The following classes are available for your consideration:
NORMI CBA (Certified Biocide Applicator)
NORMI CMI (Certified Mold Inspector)
NORMI CMA (Certified Mold Assessor)
NORMI CMR (Certified Mold Remediator)
NORMI CEE (Certified Environmental Evaluator)
NORMI CIEA (Certified Indoor Environmental Advisor)
NORMI CST (Certified Service Technician)
NORMI NTP (NORMI Trained Professional)
2) Get a NORMI Accreditation - If you already have one of the certifications NORMI provides or an equivalent from a similarly recognized organization, NORMI may reciprocate and make
you a member once you have completed the ONLINE Accreditation Application at www.Accreditation.NORMI.org The process is quick and after review by our Board of Directors, you will be designated as an interim
member and listed on our website for the world to see. You may begin immediately marketing yourself as a NORMI Member, will be assigned a NORMI ID number and given the opportunity to take advantage
of all the ACTIVE Member benefits available for your review
Because NORMI has a unique solution-based, wholistic approach to indoor air quality and mold problems, you will be required (included in your initial accreditation fee) to take a CMI ONSITE Class
within the first 180 days of your interim memberships. Once you have completed that class, you will be considered a fully certified NORMI Member.
The accreditation program benefits you in the following four ways:
