- WRT/ASD – A professional CMR should take these two IICRC courses to better understand the industry Standard of Care, S-500 and S-520. They are commonly referred to as a “Combo” class and will help prepare the remediator for dealing with psychrometrics, water events and applied structural drying. This classes are not taught by NORMI™.
- OSHA40 – The professional remediator should be trained in the OSHA guidelines to better understand the hazards and safety requirements of remediation/restoration projects.
