2) Remediator Track

Water restoration, building contractors and other professionals who, as the result of a water event, utilize extraction, drying and mold remediation techniques to restore damaged construction materials, contents and indoor environments including the rebuilding process where appropriate.

  10. Water Extraction/Drying-Similar to the ASD, this course details, with practical hands-on training, the extraction and drying processes based on GPP in contrast to RH.

IAQ Track

Indoor Air Quality Assessor

Home Inspectors, Certified Indoor Environmentalist and other professionals who assess indoor environments for a wide range of indoor air pollutants to determine the causes and conditions that exacerbate poor indoor air quality then write protocols for sanitization will pursue this track toward a successful career.
